Covid-19 hits Iranian ethnic groups differentially
In current work we discuss the effect of worldwide polymorphism of ACE2 protein on its binding affinity for SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. We study the susceptibility of Iranian ethnic groups for SARS-CoV-2 using multidimensional computational approaches. We study the relation between structural dynamics of ACE2 in close/open states and its affinity for S1 protein of SARS-CoV-2. Read full story at JPR
